Return Policy

We want our customers to be happy with all of our Bintiva products. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return unopened products in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items arrived damaged or the wrong product was shipped to you in error.  

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return back in our warehouse.

Did We Forget Something?

Did we make a mistake? Are you missing a part or piece to an item?  Bintiva takes pride in the quality of our products and every shipment that goes out the door – but mistakes do happen! If you recently received a Bintiva product and it is incomplete or damaged, please reach out to info@bintiva.com with your order number and, if available, a photo and we will make things right!
